On the floor

Hear every candidate before your team dials.

A voice sample before the first call

The interview is a spoken conversation, so you hear how a candidate explains, listens and keeps their cool.

The whole pool scored for the ramp

When a client signs and the class starts in three weeks, VeraHire scores every applicant in the pool.

One bar across sites and shifts

The requirements come from the program, so every site and every recruiter screens to the same standard.

How it works

From program requirements to a full class.

  1. 1

    Paste the role

VeraHire pulls the requirements out of the job description. You check them before anything goes out.

  2. 2

    Bring in applicants

Forward resumes to the job's own address or connect your ATS. Each resume is scored as it arrives.

  3. 3

    Interview by voice

The people you pick talk to the AI interviewer in English, whenever it suits them. No app to download, no portal login.

  4. 4

    Fill the class

A ranked list with a report for each candidate. Export it or push it back to your ATS.

What your recruiter sees

See how they'd calm an upset caller.

VeraHire never asks whether someone seems good. It checks each requirement in the job description on its own, and every met or unmet call points to something the candidate wrote or said. Your recruiter knows who can calm a caller down before the first shift.

Questions

What clients and your ops team ask.

Ask us anything else
Who decides who joins the class?

Your recruiters do. VeraHire ranks and explains. It never makes the hire.

Which languages does it interview in?

English only, for now. VeraHire is built for English-language programs. If a program needs Spanish or another language, it isn't a fit yet.

Has it been checked for bias?

Yes, by an independent auditor. Joellie AI audited the resume screening and interview analysis to the NYC Local Law 144 standard. Read about the audit.

What does it cost?

Start free, then pay for what you run. The trial covers 300 resume screens and 30 AI interviews, no credit card. After that it's $0.25 per resume screen and $7 per AI interview, with no seats and no contract. Monthly plans are on the pricing page.

Do we need an ATS?

No. If you run one, VeraHire works alongside it across 50+ ATS and HRIS integrations. If you don't, run the first round inside VeraHire and export the shortlist.

Who screens this way

Prialto, a virtual assistant company, screens this way.

“VeraHire took only about 30 minutes to set up. The quality and insight from the interviews was better than we expected…we experienced immediate benefit from the detailed assessment of a high volume of candidates, both increasing the number and quality of individuals moving to the next stage of our process.”
