Is it on video?
Only when you want it. Interviews are voice by default, in English. Video is available on request: once we switch it on for your account, you choose which jobs require the camera, and the recording sits next to the transcript in the report. No face analysis either way. Every interview is recorded and transcribed.
Can I change the questions?
Yes. The interview starts from the requirements in your job description. You can edit them and add your own questions and focus areas.
