VeraHire analyzed each resume against the job, and the AI interviewer ran the first interview. On any role, each met or unmet requirement points to something the candidate wrote or said, and a person makes the final call.
What came back
Five suitable candidates for the assignment. Kristy, Tawkify’s Head of HR, estimates that this saved the team about two weeks of work, on a job that had gone up only the Friday before.
